HOT NEWS

LOOKING FOR FANS AND FRIENDS OF BARBARA JOHNSON:

If any of you have ever been blessed in any way by author/speaker/just-plan-great-lady Barbara Johnson, you might be interested to know that several of us (including Barbara’s son David) have decided to collect fond memories, tributes, and thank you’s to let Barbara know what she has meant to us through the years. Whether you know her personally or not, we would love to include your special Barbara Johnson moment in what will definitely be a website ( www.barbaraspatulajohnson.com) and very possibly a book as well.

Having recently had the privilege of being a part of the group that gathered to honor Barbara on her 79th birthday at her assisted care living facility, I can assure you that this amazing lady has not lost her sense of humor or her purpose, but she definitely expressed her excitement about leaving this world behind and going home very soon. We hope to have the webpage up and running by late February or early March, in time for this announcement to go out through the Women of Faith conference, but meanwhile we’d like to open it to anyone who would like to contribute.

If you send something, Kathi will keep you posted on progress as far as the website and the book. For now, just send it via  email (alandkathi@ca.rr.com) because, at least for now, she's collecting them until we get to the next point. And be sure to include in your tagline whatever you’d like us to mention about you—current or upcoming books, websites, ministry involvement, etc.
